I have extensive experience working with children as a teacher, counsellor and psychologist. My experience includes assessment and therapy with children with learning, social, emotional and intellectual impairments, parent guidance for individual families and group therapy. I am a member of a multidisciplinary team (including psychologists, occupational, speech and remedial therapists, clinical psychologists, neurologists and psychiatrists) which enables me to provide a comprehensive and holistic service.

I currently volunteer with service organisations such as Childrens' Homes, HIV/AIDS organisations, schools and pre-schools and I am managing a private practice in Alan Manor. I am also a published author making contributions to educational journals and a textbook enabling university students to understand and address barriers for learning.

My practice offers the following services:

  • Developmental assessments for children from 1 - 8 years of age.
  • Parental guidance: How to treat young children with behaviour problems.
  • School Readiness Assessments.
  • Scholastic Assessments from grade 1 - 12.
  • Educational Assesssments.
  • Study therapy for children from grade 4 - 12 and students.
  • Assessments and therapy for emotional, behavioural and social problems.
  • Arrangements and assessments for special concessions for children with learning disabilities.
  • Career guidance for children and adults.
